Cancellation Time

We allow any order cancellation within 5 hours after you placed your order. After that, unfortunately we are no longer accept any order cancellation.

 

How to cancel my order?

If you are planning to cancel your order, please send an email to support@naralittlegift.com. Our team will respond as soon as possible.

 

Refund

Please note that any reason such as wrong address, wrong payment related issues are not qualify for refund. If you are using Wise as the payment method and transfer to the wrong bank account details, you can contact them directly to get a full refund.

Please note, we only accept refund if you receive:
  • Damaged or Wrong products
To complete the refund process, you can send your order details and additional images of damaged / wrong  products to support@naralittlegift.com.

 

Returns
